How do I zero out the denominator in the current streak?

That is the value of your best streak achieved. It is not intended to be reset. If you clear storage / delete app data it will reset your best streak (the denominator) as well as everything else including all stats and unlocked cards. I don’t believe it will reset unlocked achievements but everything else should be like starting new. Sorry for the delay in response.
